Quick answers
Three questions before you write
Both. A single rail post, a cracked hinge or a guard repair is welcome, and so is a full stair tower or a run of brackets. Small jobs are scheduled around larger work, so the lead time can be a few days rather than a few weeks. Tell us the size of the job in your message and we will give an honest date.
A photograph of the part, a sentence about what it does and how it failed, your city or site address, and any deadline you are working against. If you have a drawing, a failed inspection notice or a photo of a similar part that worked, include it too. Those few details usually save a phone call and a site visit.
We quote the call-out fee on the phone before the crew rolls, and we separate it from the repair work on the invoice. If the repair is completed on the first visit, the fee is shown as one line and the work as another. If a return visit is needed, the second trip is quoted before it is scheduled.
